Conference and Workshop on Language Teaching by Raquel Hidalgo Downing

Professor Raquel Hidalgo Downing (Department of Romance and Slavic Languages and General Linguistics, U Complutense) is joining us for two events. On Monday 2/20 (1:00pm-2:00pm) in Baker 102, Professor Hidalgo Downing will give a talk titled “Dynamic Assessment in Language Teaching.” (Sponsored by DCAL, open to the public, registration required).

On Tuesday 2/21 (10:10am-12pm) in Dartmouth Hall 106A, she will lead a workshop for the Spanish and Portuguese faculty. The title of the workshop is “Pragmática intercultural aplicada a la enseñanza del español.”
