The Dartmouth Center of Social Impact recently published The Dartmouth Social Impact Review, a publication that explores the question: Are we educating for the common good?  Through articles written by Dartmouth faculty, alumni, and students, we highlight the ways in which our community is using its education to make positive social change across a variety of sectors. The Review highlights the tie into Spanish and Portuguese through our very own Professor Maria Clara de Greiff Lara's piece, "First Awareness, Then Action." In her piece, she talks about FUERZA's efforts to support migrant workers, highlighting the real world application and empathy of learning another language and culture.
