Photographer Jorge Carlos Álvarez will present an exhibit of his photographic work “Look at me in the Eyes! - The True Faces of the People on the Other Side of the Wall.”

On April 24th at 4:00 p.m. in The Baker Library Jorge Carlos Álvarez, a professional photographer, graphic designer and editor will present an exhibit of his photographic work “Look at me in the Eyes! - The True Faces of the People on the Other Side of the Wall.” Álvarez’s work is a compilation of photographs aimed at provoking empathy and greater understanding through allowing viewers to stand “face to face” with people of México and Central America grappling with complex decisions about whether to stay or seek education, employment, safety or asylum elsewhere.
